Yes, because our parties book up fast so we take a deposit to secure your date. A $150 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Please be advised canceling within seven (7) days of your party you will be charged the FULL amount of your event.
Two (2) weeks advance notice required to cancel your party, we will work with you to find another date and time that will work within one year of your original party date. Your original deposit will be applied towards your rescheduled party. You can also use the $150 deposit towards store credit (Valid for the purchase of 10-visit passes, general entry or towards an annual membership - (Not to be used for store merchandise.)
