Party Policies and FAQ's:
Is A Deposit Required To Book A Party?
Yes, because our parties book up fast so we take a deposit to secure your date. A $150 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Please be advised canceling within seven (7) days of your party you will be charged the FULL amount of your event.
A 4 % Convenience Fee is applied to all sales and services.
Pay By Cash And Save!
As an incentive for our valued customers, we now provide a discount to pay with cash by giving a 4% instant discount on convenience fee.
Two (2) weeks advance notice required to cancel your party, we will work with you to find another date and time that will work within one year of your original party date. Your original deposit will be applied towards your rescheduled party. You can also use the $150 deposit towards store credit (Valid for the purchase of 10-visit passes, general entry or towards an annual membership - (Not to be used for store merchandise.)
Is The Requested Party Date Guaranteed?
Yes, your party date and time is guaranteed upon booking and securing with a $150 Deposit. That deposit will go towards your end balance. It is recommended that once you book and pay for your deposit online that you call us at
702-361-0000 to confirm your reservation if you don't receive a booking email.
Party dates may also be booked over the phone with a valid credit/debit card and Email address. All Parties will be confirmed via Email with a date and exact time. Party confirmation emails are sent out within 24-48hrs of the original booked time.
A final party confirmation with instructions will be sent out via email the Sunday before your event. Please keep a look out, we do not call.
